Veterans' Benefits Committee

Description:  The mission of the Veterans’ Benefits Committee is to provide educational programs and information to the Section regarding Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) healthcare and financial benefits available to our clients.  We also provide information regarding the interplay between VA benefits and other public benefits such as Medicaid.  We alert members to rule changes regarding benefits and attorney representation of veterans, and provide references to alternate sources of information regarding both federal and state-run resources.
