Legal Education Committee (*restricted membership)

Description:  The Legal Education Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section is comprised of our immediate past chair, and the prior immediate past chair.  Together, these seasoned leaders assist our Section in selecting the collaborative continuing legal education seminars that will be offered through NYSBA’s Legal Education department.  These Co-Chairs then select the over-all program chair for the various CLE programs to be offered in the calendar year, and work with the over-all program chair to select local site chairs and secure authors.  This Committee of two welcomes suggestions from the Section Membership on relevant topics, innovative programs, and speaker suggestions.
