Health Care Issues Committee

Description:  The Health Care Law Committee keeps the Section advised of any current changes in health care delivery, regulation and law, and we identify upcoming issues that may impact our clients.   We advocate on proposed legislation surrounding health care matters, and educate attorneys and other health care professionals on issues relevant to our members and their clients.  We work with the Health Law Section of the Bar Association as needed, and often collaborate with non-legal professionals on any matter involving the Public Health Law and public funding for health care.
