Financial Planning and Investments Committee

Description:  The Financial Planning and Investments Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section promotes the financial literacy of our Section members.  The Committee believes that our clients greatly benefit from a holistic approach to counseling that crosses over multiple disciplines.  In order to properly coordinate efforts, attorneys must be familiar with issues and solutions recommended by financial service professionals.  Through articles and presentations, the Committee continues to identify these financial issues and to educate our members.
