The Committee on Ethics and
Professionalism strives to give guidance on ethical and professionalism issues
that attorneys face in the field of commercial litigation, to report on current
ethical issues facing commercial litigators, to comment on and recommend rule
changes where appropriate to improve the ethical and professional practice of
commercial litigation, to provide opportunities for its members to expand their
expertise in ethics and professionalism and to network with other attorneys who
are interested in practicing commercial litigation at the highest ethical
standards.
The Ethics and Professionalism Committee is co-chaired by Anthony
