The Banking Law Committee considers the major and developing
issues affecting depository institutions and other financial services providers.
The Committee's work includes examination and presentations on regulatory,
legislative, transactional and lending topics. Its members include in house and
outside counsel having a variety of disciplines, as well as attorneys employed
by regulatory agencies. The Committee meets at least three times in each
year.
