The
Television and Radio Committee serves lawyers whose work or interests involve
broadcasting, cable, satellite, on-line and mobile electronic media, covering a
broad array of content and distribution related matters, and encompassing
diverse legal issues, in transactional, litigation/ADR and regulatory contexts.
The Committee provides leadership, advocacy and service to its members,
fostering professional development and excellence in the practice of law,
sponsoring continuing legal education and other programs designed to educate
and update attendees on the latest legal and business developments relevant to
these fields, contributing articles to the section’s journal and blog entries
in the section’s website, and providing valuable mentoring and networking
opportunities.
