The Litigation Committee seeks to keep practitioners
and law students informed on litigation developments in the entertainment,
media, arts and sports fields. The areas
of focus include copyright, trademark, misappropriation and First Amendment
law. The activities of the Litigation
Committee include hosting panel discussions of litigation counsel and other
experts, sponsoring guest speakers and producing written commentary on hot
topics for EASL publications. The Litigation
Committee also co-sponsors events with other EASL committees where
appropriate.
The Committee is co-chaired by Paul V. LiCalsi and Stanley Pierre-Louis.
