The New Lawyers and Law Students Committee is focused on
providing new lawyers and law students with an avenue through which to explore
the dispute resolution field as their careers begin to take shape. The
Committee boasts of a membership that includes practitioners from various firms
and organizations, as well as representatives from several area law schools.
Committee members serve as reporters for the Annual Meeting and organize the
DRS’s Student Networking Reception. Currently, the NLLSC and the Arbitration
Committee are developing a student arbitration competition as a way to further
introduce students to arbitration earlier in pipeline.
Alexander Bachuwa and Evan Rosenberg are the co-chairs of this committee.
