Richard C. Lewis is vice president of the 6th Judicial
District of the New York State Bar Association's Executive Committee.
He is
Special Counsel at Hinman, Howard & Kattell LLP in Binghamton, where
he focuses on litigation and business law.
Mr. Lewis is a member of the NYSBA House of Delegates and Fellow of The
New York Bar Foundation. He is a past President of the Broome County Bar
Association.
A graduate of John Marshall Law
School, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College.
