2019 Financial Hardship Guidelines and Procedures
Under our scholarship/discount policy, any attorney (member or non-member of our Association) who has a genuine financial hardship may apply in writing, explaining the basis of his/her hardship and on that basis can receive a partial or full scholarship, depending on the circumstances. The discount applies to the educational portion of the program only. Our general guidelines for determining financial hardship in relation to salary are as follows:
Unemployed: Full scholarship
Income up to $20,000: 75% discount
Income $20,000 to $45,000: 50% discount
Income above $45,000: No discount
All tuition assistance requests must be
submitted in writing or via email.
The deadline to apply is Friday, January 4, 2019. No
requests for financial assistance will be processed after this date. Lunches and special events are excluded.
